Overqualified

Any team who is overqualified will get disqualified with no refund.

If a team is not present when their match is called — the match is awarded as a walkover to the opposing team.

Cancellations made 12+ hours before the event will receive a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the event — the deposit becomes non-refundable.
